I might be missing something, but from my understanding Tony issued a refund which you didn't want (understandable given the nature of the transaction) and you instead asked for more product which you recieved and reviewed here?

Package opened to discover the bags are significantly overweight, as soon as it was opened you get a strong smell that I could only describe at the time as "chemical" like a very sharp acidic smell (my palate/knowledge about the growth/quality checking protocol is bad hopefully improving daily). It's important to realize the truth is I failed to immediately identify the issue due to my ignorance/euphoria at the time thinking the bags being overweight being simply a packing error in my favor which it turned out not to be. Since Tony had personally recommended this strain as a favorite as well as others had highly rated on his site I tried to set aside the smell & what is not clear sign it was not dried properly. I have never smoked Purple Space Monkey before, infact I have not smoked a lot of the deep purple strains I know some strains can smell stinky/bad even and that does not mean the smoke will be bad. I divvy up the pack into mason jars really trying to find anything to like about the smell and take 14g with me.

Grind up a 1 paper that is a very harsh smoke lungs/throat hurt smoke tastes nasty, gives me a major headache & the stone it gives feels very dirty, I make up excuses telling myself its something to do with me something I ate?.. figure I'll try again tomorrow.

Grind up another 1 paper that replicates the same results I got on the first, harsh on lungs/throat, tastes nasty and gives a headache, I again convince myself its the potency/strain and go brush/scrub my teeth/mouth and grind another one up a few hours later as the headache starts to subside to try it again with a clean palate, again it does same thing there is clearly something wrong.

Again with a freshly brushed teeth/mouth every session and clean palate I grind/roll 3 joints every one of them incur the same disgusting results. I was very very disheartened kinda at a loss not sure how to explain why this is happening I spent my entire Sunday I remember vividly scouring the forums/reviews trying to find an answer.

which it's important to point out I included my phone # on the bottom of each email, asking if they could please look into the flower that was shipped to me as I thought I was having a bad reaction to chemicals they might use in the grow and explained the symptoms I was feeling, a very polite inquiry, not in any way upset if they made a mistake, I just wanted them to investigate, pickup & replace with smoke-able flower.

Tony's first reply back is not helpful as it provides no real answers to my issue; "With the feedback of the Green Farm's Purple Space Monkey, and thinking that it is chemicals I would say that wouldn't be the case but I can relay this to the supplier and get their feedback as well"

I reply in short; "I am happy to receive a phone call and talk to you personally. I would be more then happy if you have a representative in my area that is willing/able to come pick up this shipment (come try to smoke a joint of this with me) this is far from what I expected I am having trouble smoking the first few grams and I cannot give this stuff to my father, mother or brother I am not a reseller so it's a huge waste of money for something I can't smoke.". At this point I'm still embarrassingly clueless/ignorant to the fact the bud is overweight because its not been fully dried, I ask if he could investigate to please trace back where the overweight bag came from as it seems unlikely that they would ship such overweight bags to all their customers. So in that email not only did I tell him honestly that he shipped me an overweight pack I extended my trust inviting him or a representative to my home to pickup the pack and/or smoke a joint of it.

I enter discord for the first time in a year to ask for a few members opinions on my concerns with flower I received, originally trying to hide the fact it was Cheapweed but at this time I had become aware of a few other customers who had bad batches of Green Farm's packs recently, in my desire to actually speak with a real live customer who received it and figure out what was wrong I had to disclose the strain/vendor. My decision to enter discord was off the back of his unhelpful slow replies deciding to not call me and showing absolutely no interest or willingness to address/investigate my issues, he didn't pickup a phone or take me up on my offer to have someone pick up the pack just standing his ground that there is nothing wrong with it and it must be a personal opinion.

I reply pleading with him very politely in short; "I would very much appreciate if you could maybe reach out to the buyers from the april 14th same batch I received and maybe feel them out for their opinion/experience and also see if you can figure out why my bag was overweight and where it came from"

Tony's replies continuing to defend the batch as being fine and simply writing it off as "sorry that yours did not live up to the expectation.", "I understand that everyone has their own opinions and feedback on the product and I really do appreciate the time you are always taking to provide me with it.", "If you wish, we can do a return and exchange if you wish and if not, I can provide you with a coupon code for the poor abtch"., "I will be sure to do everything I can to make you happy James. I will reach out to the buyers from April. 14th and get some opinions on that."

I reply to him pleading that all I want is smoke-able flower I am still apologizing for it happening empathizing that it's an inconvenience even though I had done absolutely nothing wrong. I asked him to view the discord channel where I had been seeking answers/opinions from a few members, if you review the full texts/timelines and how it all went down I continue to be discouraged/disheartened by his replies but even up until this point I am still happy and willing to invite him or a trusted rep to my home and give him back his unaltered product (which is still heavier then should be) which is causing me severe what feel like brain damaging headaches I've barely ever experienced in my life for this reason I personally refuse to smoke any more.

I received an EMT from a numbered BC company, I never asked for a refund, it was sent with no email or phone call about it. I still need to re-up my smokeable flower, what I received is useless to me as I have pleaded multiple times he can pick it up.

I receive a phone call from Tony, in this call his demeanor/attitude is very angry/bitter towards me it is clear in his voice he is trying to hold back from just exploding on me this phone call was 23 minutes of him angry at me continuing to make statements like "you've been talking shit about me online" "you got your money didn't you, and your free weed" the whole time I am pleading with him to please stop being so angry towards me, my take away from this phone call was genuine fear, he made me feel like he was an unstable criminal who genuinely acted as though I was ripping him off.
After he hangs up the phone I accept his EMT I had been sitting on for days which I never wanted to do, he calls me back not even 5 minutes later saying "You got your money, I will send someone to pickup the pack", at this point I'm still shaking from this long intimidating phone call worried about this guys anger towards me having my personal information and he blames me wrongly.
Due to the events that have unfolded I have had even more difficulty then usual sleeping since its happened, I want everything to be on the record so I have also filled in a few close people to me who have all smelled and tried to smoke the flower and unanimously agree that it smells, tastes and seems download hazardous. I am an honest guy who makes an honest buck who just tried to make an honest purchase and accusations otherwise are lies. I did not want or instigate this fiasco, the amount of hours I have now into this are very significant I have lost real money earning hours not to mention any potential effect on my health.
All you had to do was investigate to learn that I am being truthful, this would have been so simple you apologized for the accept that offer see for yourself the bud is garbage that I won't use or don't want and send me smokeable flower, if you still believe that I have been lying/scamming you the whole time then I am truly sorry, but if you do already know the truth which is my pack actually was sent out vacuum sealed wet then shame on you for putting me in this position lying through your teeth
